Q: I can't view the videos.

Q: When viewing the video, it says "undefined"

A: This means that the video is getting processed (if just uploaded) or that it did not get processed correctly and is unavailiable for viewing.

Q: What is the maximum size/length of a video we can upload?

A: We recommend that you try to keep lengths and sizes small. Keep
in mind that we only allow searching of videos that are under 30 minutes
in length in order to avoid copyright issues.
